I'm proud to be part of the University of Tulsa Women's Rowing team. I am a senior majoring in communications, with minors in political science and French. I am originally from Venezuela, and moved to Tulsa in 2004 to finish my high school studies at Jenks High School. TU is one of my favorite places in the world. These past three years, I have gained so much knowledge and experience both inside and outside the classroom. I am currently the Opinion editor for our student newspaper, The Collegian, for which I have written opinion and news pieces since my freshman year. I have a passion for writing and politics, which seem to go very well together, because politics makes great opinion pieces. I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds every day, as well as I like to participate in activities that involve helping the community and TU students.
